I. Equipment Introduction

The Carbon Fiber Composite Core Rod Winding Testing Machine is primarily used for testing the winding characteristics of overhead stranded conductors, fiber reinforced resin matrix composite core rods for cable overhead conductors, and fiber reinforced resin matrix composite core soft aluminum stranded wires with diameters not exceeding 12mm. It consists of a chassis, mechanical transmission components, control components, winding wheels, protective covers, damping devices, guide tubes, and more.

II. Functional Features

1. The entire machine adopts a steel structure with an electrostatic spray coating finish. It features a movable acrylic protective cover with excellent transparency and high strength. The winding motor utilizes a servo speed control motor.

2. The Carbon Fiber Composite Core Rod Winding Testing Machine employs control, large-size touch screen operation, enabling one-touch operation. Different composite core rod specifications correspond to winding wheels of different diameters. Test parameters for each specification are saved, requiring only a single touch to complete the test.
